Pole Rental Details:
Seasons:
($150 per season per pole, for poles rated 180lbs/82kg or higher $175 per pole per season)
- Indoor Track Season - December 1 - February 28th (State Meet or Nationals)
- Outdoor Track Season - March 1 - June 1 (State Meet or Nationals)
- Championship Season (or Short Term)
- 3 Week Max ($75 per pole, for poles rated 180lbs/82kg or higher $90 per pole per season)
- Day Rental (Traveling w/ The Vault Shack and/or Vault Athletics): $25
- Summer Rentals may be available please inquire.
Pole Exchange:
If you have rented a pole for the full season rate and find that you need a different pole we will exchange free of charge. Please note that the exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to availability of other poles. (In a nutshell we will help out if we can!!!)
Timely Return:
All poles must be returned as soon as the vaulter season has concluded or by the dates of the seasons (listed above). A fee of $30 per week will be assessed for each week the pole is late being returned. (We are not doing this to be mean, we just need to get our poles back so we can help some other people learn how to fly!!)
Broken/Damaged Poles:
All renters are responsible for taking good care of the poles. If a pole is broken or damaged while in the renter's (athlete’s) possession the renter is responsible for complete replacement and shipping fees. If such a situation occurs, Bradi Rhoades will place the order for the specific pole to be sure it is ordered properly. The replacement pole will be a NEW pole ordered directly from UCS Spirit.
